Extend the daily King-of-the-Hill tournament: every Sunday 00:00 UTC, run a cross-domain championship where the top hypothesis from each disease faces every other in pairwise debate-judged Elo updates. Winners promoted to the global 'Idea Top-100' leaderboard surfaced on /home.
