Validate tight-junction remodeling as early biomarker for neurodegeneration

Test whether tight-junction remodeling drives blood-brain barrier permeability changes detectable before clinical neurodegeneration. If true, dynamic contrast MRI + CSF/serum albumin ratio should predict disease onset.
