[Wiki] Add mermaid pathway diagrams to top 50 entity pages

Problem
Only 2,306 of 8,707 wiki entities had mermaid pathway diagrams. The top-connected entities in the knowledge graph — which are the most frequently visited — were missing visual pathway diagrams.
Solution
Ran
generate_mermaid_diagrams.py which:
Identifies top 50 most-connected entities lacking diagrams via edge counts
For each entity, selects top 6 outgoing + 4 incoming edges by evidence_strength
Generates graph TD mermaid flowcharts with color-coded nodes by entity type
Stores diagrams in wiki_entities.mermaid_diagram columnResults
- 50 new diagrams generated (2,306 → 2,356 total)
- Entities covered include: WNT, NOTCH, NLRP3 Inflammasome, Macular Degeneration, cGAS-STING, CYCLIN D1, and 44 more
- All pages verified rendering with HTTP 200 and mermaid.js integration
Goal
Add mermaid pathway diagrams to the top 50 most-connected wiki entity pages that are currently missing them.
